Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. In our effort to save trees we do not include a paper invoice in your order. If you receive this email and notice any inaccuracies, please contact us ASAP to let us know. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check that your email address was correctly typed in, and please check your Spam Folder as well. If the email is not found, please contact us.

 

Shipping Costs & Times

We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and as quickly as possible. Currently, we do not ship internationally but if you want to enquire about this option please email us.

Standard Shipping

  • Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
  • A shipping fee of R59.00 will apply.
    • If a Customer spends R750 on their order, they are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.

Express Shipping

  • Depending when the order is made, Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days (however, this can be slightly longer if the address is in an outlying area).
  • A shipping fee of R79.00 will apply.
    • If a Customer spends R750 or more on their order, they are eligible for a reduced Express Shipping fee of R39. 

As we rely on a third-party delivery service to fulfil all orders, we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place within the timelines indicated above.

 

Shipping Delays

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

 

Failed Delivery

Should the courier service not be able to complete the delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of the purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times, Baby Sunnies may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.

 

Track Your Order

You will receive an email with each order which contains a Tracking Code. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure to double-check that your email was entered correctly, and please ensure to check your Spam folder, in case no email is seen.
